There is still much room for improvement in user interface applications, especially the job application. If you have one of those steady jobs, then you probably do not worry about the employment process. If not, you probably trained yourself to that patient attitude as your fill-in the same information over and over. Let's not stop there on potential ideas for improvement, as the 2012 version of online job application does not reflect well the skills of top programmers and designers. Where are they? The entire process is open for innovation, and let's use Arden Fair Mall located in the original Sacramento area near the California State Fair (across the river from the state capitol) as an example we can reflect upon.

Next time anybody jerks you around with bias and discrimination, show them how you helped cure their loved one's disease. Would they think twice if they knew what resources you put forth toward local and global health care despite that you do not work in any hospital? Every job requires tools if not your bare hands. We cannot sustain such bias just because not everybody can agree that your tools qualify as worthy enough for employment status. They have not realized the full impact of your contributions; you have quieter technology at work; it is not your signature on The Almighty Buck.
If anything like me, you have awards that show you worked that technology for the greater good. You know those awards mean you dedicated time, money, skill, or at least energy to the work. We all were taught the equations of energy and work, so you know there is no room for bias when that energy and work still balances out in the end, as it does for everybody else that we considered employed. The only difference is between the award and the reward. People, in general, have not honored your awards, yet anybody will take your rewards away.
It is time that we apply those awards such that they are not mere achievements ignored by employers. It is time that we can hold these awards accountable and say: we worked. Yes, we worked on your health care. Nobody charged “you” anything like the amounts spent on that research. We worked on that research, and we believed we saved lives. Despite that, “you” still say that portion of workers is unemployed, and “you” have said worse about them. We have heard worse about us because that Almighty Buck did not stop here, so it did not account for us, all.
On the ballot, we accounted for taxes that paid for research. Was that really fair? I have my so-many arguments against it because such measures only sound good. For some reason, such ballot measures sound better than the cure, for unemployment. The point here is in general funds, and where it flows. It has not flowed back into the hands of the awarded, especially when the ballot continually plugs it by such measures.
“There is an app for that” like any other gimmick on your hand-held. Yes, that is in your hands now. Lets feature BOINC on it, not as any gimmick except it does use energy, “our” energy, which does require work for that energy. When anybody searches for employment, they ask for an app. And yes, somehow people said an app is short for “application” and-so an application means nothing about how we apply (for jobs).

Us programmers write applications. BOINC is an application. We all want you as the employer, yet such app does not require that you sign your life away with human employees. Computers are people, so we think in ways that you can employ computers, as that extends us; yes, it is an extension of us. In other words, we compared the tinker to the thinker. We compared the mallet to the palette. We know when the user is not the consumer. With these applications, not everybody needs the brains of the programmer in order to hire computers that work for “you”. We need an app that lets anybody defeat unemployment, globally.
The World Grid employs computers. “You” provide energy for the computer, and BOINC shuffles work from the World Grid onto and around other work you do on the computer. In that sense, the computer does not go out to lunch when you do, so overall you are more productive, as energy flows; work continues.
I heard of one measure that considered reimbursement for electric cars that power the business next to where any of them park. Skip those details, and consider any mobile, like iPhone, Droid (android), iPad, laptops, or etc, that lets you get reimbursements for the energy your employer uses on your mobile. Further that thought until you receive any payment for such usage of your mobile; until, you are no longer considered unemployed.
Why that consideration has not happened sooner is anybodies guess. Network companies can no longer justify land-line maintenance costs in wireless coverage. Any “roam” capability of BOINC that costs us more, than on stationary PCs, exploits ill-justify costs that burden us back toward unemployment. We needed cures for the burdens that kept us unemployed. We needed the (free, expansion of ) connectivity for our mobile tools. This is one cure.

State versus Federal venues, we have been stuck with massive pension plans without the funds. We must change it, or we are back at war for resources. U.S. has the money, yet the U.S. does not have all the money printed. When the U.S. lacked resources to print money, we have warred with some other country for their resources. If we can use some other medium for printed money then, we can avoid those war. That is one key point for smart-cards, and it is not just another plastic card, especially when it is equal to legal tender.

BOINC: Our Cure For Unemployment

Social Security Numbers: The Tides Of Matrix Pools
Your parents gave thee your name; your government also gave thou your name, in numbers only. If everybody was perfect, we would refer to your first name, your “second” name instead of your “middle” name, and your “third” name instead of your “last” name. Citizens of U.S. America had six names, and some had less, and others had more. That has not been so obvious when you hyphenate your numeric names. I think anonymity is normal in general commerce, and I haven't found any reason too make those names any more private. 96% Biodiversity At Our Disposal
Google revealed its Equal Employment Opportunity status. This showed it is embarrassing foreign while it claims diversity. Down to Earth, I thought less of how much each employee is paid and more about how much of our food supply goes to this apparently foreign mass that now lives in America. Our concern about food is higher while we experience drought in California.
Yesterday, I spent eight hours in review of hundreds of career positions that this type of company hires. I found about ten written with American English. This reflected what the non-native beat looks like outside our capitol areas. Based on that rate, compared to one local report (not shown), there is more opportunity for the homeless near the capitol areas than what those career positions offered. I have known, in contrary, the difference between opportunity and foreign agenda. Our native culture remains in command among this mass, and it is no secret. Our legislative branch of our government has the most foreign agendas. I read and quickly disqualified about half of those career positions, likewise.
If the career position listed forward-thinking statements, I passed it due it being against our law. Many of those companies claimed start-up status. If they dealt with the stock market, this law already prevented further progress on the market. In their request to demonstrate logical skills and marketability, I at least expected their legal market sense displayed in their pitch and description. I had one exception, that is on health care that wrote to fill-in the empty spaces, written with doctorate-ease.

Economy: Unemployment due to Credit Scores
Financial credit firms need not exist in reality, as all those non-banks can move completely into virtual reality. Those firms showed much reluctance over the dot-com boom, as that pulled the carpet out underneath them. What separates them from banks is that the financial credit firms deal only with imaginary numbers, which factors out upon interest. Obviously, people thought those imaginary numbers were real when those financial credit firms built large offices in business districts and paid their employees with real checks. After the dot-com boom, they silenced any company use of natural resources and real estate beyond their investment portfolio, as the benefits of their metaversal presence outweighed the practicality of their employees smoggy commute to the firm. They knew those imaginary numbers created the appearance jobs, and that reflects upon potential credit. Now, that credit canceled out real jobs due to the original imaginary source of interest, and that trend continued.

Mandatory Encryption, Suspended Passports
Moore's Law held back mandatory encryption while the industry complied. Our patent system, meanwhile, rendered one unique docket number for each complete encryption invention. Supercomputers artificially generated encryption methods until it found those that are functionally complete. When the industry did not comply, the industry marketed previously patented cryptography as the current technologic state of the art.
University students studied computational theory as that art. Students that invented their own cryptography that is paradoxically detached from the artificially generated patents have been of interest. Investors perceived such students as smarter than the world's top supercomputers. Our Government routinely invested in students. Corporations hired interns as investments. Mission specific organizations offered scholarships under investor terms. Students that successfully funded, researched, and developed an invention most likely found an undeniable employment offer through their investor.
If the investor represented foreign interests, like immigration, they plausibly offered, upon graduation, long-term wealthy employment back in the student's place of origin in exchange for rights to the local patent on the student's invention. While the investor holds the local patent, the new employee freely implements their invention for their employer under foreign governance. As when Moore's Law failed, cryptography patents became significantly mandatory, especially on inadequate mobiles. Our Government issued passports with unencrypted data, and where mobiles and passports are the same homeland made, hardware device, consider the passport suspends itself upon signature of foreign interest.
